Ann-Marie leads all operational execution of Alpheus’ clinical programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and site readiness across trials.
She brings over 20 years of experience in clinical development, having held leadership roles at several biotech organizations including TriSalus Life Sciences, Morphotek, CSL Behring, and AstraZeneca. Her broad expertise spans global trial operations, regulatory coordination, and cross-functional collaboration throughout all phases of development across oncology, immuno-oncology, and rare diseases. Ann-Marie earned a bachelor’s degree from Temple University.
She is driven by a commitment to providing better options and better days for patients and their families. Her volunteer work at a pediatric oncology camp keeps her purpose front and center, reminding her of the impact behind every trial she leads.
